Who is Jehoram?

Jehoram is the name of two kings who reigned at the same time. Jehoram son of Ahab ruled the northern kingdom of Israel from Samaria (2 Kings 3:1), and Jehoram son of Jehoshaphat ruled Judah from Jerusalem (2 Kings 8:16), where he strengthened his throne by killing all his brothers (2 Chronicles 21:4).
