Who is Jehoiada?
The best known Jehoiada is the priest who hid the young Joash from Athaliah, crowned him king of Judah, and guided his reign (2 Kings 11:4, 2 Chronicles 24:2). Several other men share the name, most notably the father of Benaiah, one of David's mighty men (2 Samuel 23:20).
