Who is Nebuchadnezzar?
Nebuchadnezzar was the king of Babylon who besieged Jerusalem, carried Judah into exile, and destroyed the city and its temple (2 Kings 24:1, 2 Kings 25:1). The book of Daniel records his troubling dreams, his golden image and fiery furnace, and his humbling by God until he acknowledged the Most High (Daniel 2:1, Daniel 3:1, Daniel 4:28).
