Who is Michal?

Michal was the younger daughter of King Saul (1 Samuel 14:49) who loved David, became his wife (1 Samuel 18:27), and saved his life by letting him down through a window when Saul sent men to kill him (1 Samuel 19:12). Years later she despised David when he danced before the ark of the LORD, and she had no child to the day of her death (2 Samuel 6:16, 2 Samuel 6:23).
