Naaman
NAY-uh-muhn
Who is Naaman?
Naaman was the commander of the army of the king of Syria, a great and honorable man who was also a leper (2 Kings 5:1). Sent to the prophet Elisha, he was cleansed after dipping himself seven times in the Jordan (2 Kings 5:14), and Jesus later cited him as the one leper healed in Israel's day (Luke 4:27).
