Who is Maharai?
Maharai the Netophathite was one of the mighty men whom David had, named in that roll (2 Samuel 23:28) and again among the valiant men of the armies (1 Chronicles 11:30). He was of the Zarhites and served as the tenth captain for the tenth month, and in his course were twenty and four thousand (1 Chronicles 27:13).
