What is Jeshimon?
Jeshimon is a desert waste, a barren wilderness region. The name marks the desolate land seen from the heights of Pisgah and Peor in Moab (Numbers 21:20, Numbers 23:28), and later the wilderness south of Hachilah where David hid from Saul (1 Samuel 23:24, 1 Samuel 26:1).
