Heber

HEE-buhr

Who is Heber?

Heber names several men in Scripture, most notably Heber the Kenite, whose wife Jael killed the fleeing captain Sisera by driving a tent nail through his temple (Judges 4:17, Judges 4:21). Others called Heber include a grandson of Asher through Beriah (Genesis 46:17) and a name in Luke's genealogy of Jesus (Luke 3:35).
