Gibeah
GIH-bee-ah
What is Gibeah?
Gibeah was a town belonging to the tribe of Benjamin (Judges 19:14). It was the scene of the outrage against the Levite's concubine that provoked civil war against Benjamin (Judges 20:5), and it later became the home of Israel's first king, Saul, often called Gibeah of Saul (1 Samuel 15:34).
