Who was Amnon?
Amnon was King David's firstborn son, born at Hebron to Ahinoam the Jezreelitess (2 Samuel 3:2). He forced his half-sister Tamar and was later killed at his half-brother Absalom's command in revenge (2 Samuel 13:28).
