Araunah
uh-RAW-nuh
Who is Araunah?
Araunah was a Jebusite whose threshingfloor in Jerusalem was the site where the angel of the LORD stood before the plague was stayed (2 Samuel 24:16). David bought the threshingfloor and oxen from him for fifty shekels of silver, refusing to offer the LORD a sacrifice that cost him nothing (2 Samuel 24:24).
