But those who have found their reward through their good works shall be joyful in that hour. Those who disregarded the truth, saying, "The dead shall not rise," shall be sorrowful in the hour they behold that the dead have indeed arisen with their own vain and evil works.

The works they wrought shall convict them; they themselves shall know they are convicted without a single man needing to contend against them.

On the day when judgment and mourning are accomplished—on the day when the LORD shall come, and the Final Judgment is decreed—those who forgot the Law of the LORD shall stand in their appointed place.

On the day of utter darkness and thick mist, the day when flashes of light are seen and thunder is heard—

and on the day of earthquakes, terror, great heat, and bitter frost—

on the day when the evil man who wrought evil receiveth travail, and the clean man who wrought clean work receiveth his reward, and those who forgot the Law of the LORD receive the travail due unto a transgressor—they shall all stand in their appointed places.

For on that day, a master shall not be more honoured than his bondservant; a mistress shall not be more honoured than her handmaid—

the king shall not be more honoured than the poor man; the elder shall not be more honoured than the babe; the father shall not be more honoured than his child, and the mother shall not be more honoured than her child—

the wealthy shall not be more honoured than the poor; the proud shall not be more honoured than the humble; the great shall not be more honoured than the small. That is the day when judgment is judged; the day they receive their sentence and travail, and the day all shall receive travail according to their transgressions.

It is the day when those that wrought good works receive their reward, and those that transgressed receive travail.

Forasmuch as it is the day when the rewarded are made joyful, those who forgot the Law of the LORD shall stand in their place. Those who dealt in falsehood, who wrested the meaning of the books while saying, "The dead shall not rise"—they shall behold the Resurrection.

At that time, the transgressors of this world, who wrought no good works, shall weep over the iniquities they committed, for sorrow hath found them without any comfort.

Likewise, the righteous who wrought good works—their joy shall never end, for they wrought good works while they were in this world.

For they knew they would arise after they died, and they departed not from the Law of their Creator.

Because they departed not from His Law, they shall inherit two blessings: He multiplied their seed in this world and He honoured their children.

He bequeathed unto them the Kingdom of Heaven, where the welfare He sware unto their fathers shall be found in the hour the dead arise and the rich become poor.

Those who wrought iniquity, who believed not the dead would rise, who kept not the Law of the LORD, and who thought not upon the Day of Rising, shall weep.

At that time, they shall behold the tribulation that findeth them, which shall have no end; where there is no comfort or welfare, only a sorrow in their hearts that knoweth no rest.

A fire that perisheth not and worms that sleep not shall find them.

In the place where their flesh abideth, fire, brimstone, whirlwinds, frost, hail, and sleet shall rain over them.

For those who believe not the dead shall rise, there is the fire of Gehenna upon them.
