What is Zarephath?
Zarephath was a coastal town belonging to Sidon where God sent Elijah during the drought, commanding a widow there to sustain him (1 Kings 17:9, 1 Kings 17:10). It also marks a boundary of Israel's promised possession in Obadiah 1:20.
