Tah-ah-NAHK
What is Taanach?
Taanach was a Canaanite city whose king was among those defeated by Israel (Joshua 12:21). It stood in the territory allotted to Manasseh, though its Canaanite inhabitants were not driven out (Judges 1:27), and it lay near Megiddo, where the kings of Canaan fought against Israel (Judges 5:19).
