Who is Lucius?
Lucius of Cyrene was one of the prophets and teachers in the church at Antioch, named with Barnabas, Simeon called Niger, Manaen, and Saul (Acts 13:1). A man called Lucius also appears among Paul's kinsmen who send greetings in Romans 16:21, though Scripture does not say whether he is the same person.
