Who is Joash?
Joash is the name of several Old Testament men, most notably the boy king of Judah who was hidden from Athaliah as an infant (2 Kings 11:2) and crowned at seven years old (2 Chronicles 24:1). The name also belongs to the father of Gideon (Judges 6:11) and to a king of Israel, the son of Jehoahaz (2 Kings 13:10).
