Gallio
GAL-ih-o
Who is Gallio?
Gallio was the Roman deputy of Achaia before whom the Jews at Corinth brought Paul (Acts 18:12). He refused to judge the case, saying it was a question of their own words, names, and law, and he drove them from the judgment seat (Acts 18:15, Acts 18:16).
