What is Ephesians?
The Ephesians were the people of Ephesus, a major city devoted to the worship of the goddess Diana. In Acts 19 a crowd of them, enraged by Paul's preaching, filled the theater and shouted for about two hours, Great is Diana of the Ephesians (Acts 19:28, Acts 19:34, Acts 19:35).
