Who is Eliacim?
Eliacim is the Douay-Rheims spelling of Eliakim the son of Hilkiah, who was over the household of Hezekiah and went out with Shebna the scribe to meet the Assyrian envoys (2 Kings 18:18). Isaiah announced that the LORD would call him my servant Eliakim (Isaiah 22:20).
