What is Devil?
The Devil is the great adversary and deceiver, identified in Revelation 12:9 as the great dragon, that old serpent, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world and was cast out into the earth. Revelation 20:2 again names the dragon, that old serpent, as the Devil and Satan, bound for a thousand years.
