Who is Ahab?
Ahab son of Omri was a king of Israel who reigned in Samaria twenty-two years and did evil in the sight of the LORD above all who were before him (1 Kings 16:29, 1 Kings 16:30). He built an altar and grove to Baal and provoked the LORD more than all the kings of Israel before him (1 Kings 16:33).
