Who is Achsah?
Achsah is the daughter of Caleb, whom he promised in marriage to whoever captured Kirjath-sepher (Joshua 15:16). Othniel the son of Kenaz took the city, and Caleb gave him Achsah as his wife (Joshua 15:17, Judges 1:13).
