Onesiphorus

Who is Onesiphorus?
Onesiphorus was a friend of the apostle Paul who, in Paul's words, "oft refreshed me, and was not ashamed of my chain" (2 Timothy 1:16), seeking Paul out diligently in Rome. Paul also greets his household in his closing salutation (2 Timothy 4:19).
