Who is Obadiah?
Obadiah is the name of several men in Scripture. The best known is the God-fearing governor of King Ahab's household who hid a hundred prophets of the LORD in caves from Jezebel and later brought Ahab word of Elijah (1 Kings 18:3). The name also belongs to the prophet whose short book records a vision against Edom (Obadiah 1:1).
