Who is Hathach?
Hathach, spelled Hatach in the King James Version, was one of the king's chamberlains whom King Ahasuerus had appointed to attend upon Queen Esther (Esther 4:5). He carried messages between Esther and Mordecai at the palace gate, bringing her word of Haman's decree against the Jews (Esther 4:6, Esther 4:9).
