What is Hakkephirim?
Hakkephirim is a place in the plain of Ono where Sanballat and Geshem invited Nehemiah to meet him, which the King James text renders as some one of the villages in the plain of Ono (Nehemiah 6:2). Nehemiah refused, since they thought to do him mischief.
