What is Betomasthaim?
Betomasthaim is a variant of Betomestham, a town Joacim the high priest wrote to along with Bethulia, described as over against Esdraelon toward the open country, near to Dothaim (Judith 4:6). It is named again, spelled Betomasthem, among the places Ozias alerted (Judith 15:4).
