What is Bahurim?
Bahurim is the town from which Shimei the son of Gera, a Benjamite, came out and cursed and threw stones at King David during Absalom's revolt (2 Samuel 16:5). It was also where two of David's men hid in a well from Absalom's pursuers (2 Samuel 17:18).
